1. Acceptance and Agreement

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

The Service does not currently allow user-generated content. Any future user content will be subject to these Terms.

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, software, social meta tag code, and the proprietary audio files within the Sleep Sounds Player, are the property of SleepSway and protected by copyright laws.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall SleepSway be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. 6. Termination and Governing Law

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Portland, Oregon for the resolution of any legal matter arising from these Terms.
