SleepSway is a browser-based sleep-planning tool. This policy explains what information is handled when you visit the public site and use its calculator, contact form, and optional sound player.
Information handled on the public site
The calculator works locally in your browser. The times you enter and the results it calculates are not submitted to a SleepSway account or calculator API. SleepSway does not currently require user accounts or registration.
As with most websites, the hosting environment may receive technical request information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and requested URLs in ordinary server or security logs. How long infrastructure retains those logs is determined by the hosting configuration.
Contact form information
If you use the Contact page, you may provide your name, email address, subject, and message. This information is used to respond to your inquiry, provide support, and help prevent abuse. Submissions are sent by email and are not stored as a permanent contact database in WordPress. Email providers and hosting infrastructure may process the message while delivering or handling it.

Cookies and similar technologies
Current technical behavior
The public calculator does not need an account or a SleepSway tracking cookie; its inputs and results remain in your browser while you use it. WordPress may use necessary technical cookies for administrative or login functions, which are not required for the public calculator.
Optional future services
If optional analytics or advertising services are enabled in the future, they may use cookies or similar technologies subject to the settings and consent choices then provided. Those services are not currently active on this site.
Optional future analytics and advertising
Google Analytics and Site Kit
SleepSway may use Google Analytics, including through Google Site Kit, to understand how visitors use the site. If enabled, this may involve pages viewed, device and browser details, referral information, timestamps, session information, and IP-derived technical information. Site Kit is a WordPress integration for connecting services; it is not a separate analytics provider. Configuration and any required consent choices will be handled when the service is enabled.
Google AdSense
SleepSway may use Google AdSense in the future. If enabled, AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver or measure advertising on SleepSway and, as permitted by its settings and applicable choices, across other sites. Google advertising settings and consent choices will apply when this service is enabled where legally required.
Google Analytics, Site Kit, and AdSense are not currently implemented on this site. We do not claim to use a consent banner or advertising cookies that are not present.
Optional sound player and external services
If you play a sound, your browser requests an audio file from the external host shown in the player. That host may process ordinary request metadata under its own policies. SleepSway does not receive your calculator values through the sound player.
The site also links to external educational sources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which apply when you leave SleepSway.
Your choices and questions
You can clear local browser data or stop loading audio at any time. Because SleepSway does not currently provide public accounts or collect calculator submissions, there is no SleepSway profile for you to manage through the calculator.
We will update this policy if the site’s data practices change.
