These terms describe the basic conditions for using SleepSway. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to read its information with appropriate judgment.

Informational planning service

SleepSway provides general sleep-planning information and optional background sounds. Calculator results use a simplified approximately 90-minute cycle model and a default estimated 15-minute sleep-onset buffer. Results are not personalized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of an outcome.

You are responsible for deciding whether a suggested time or sound is suitable for you. Do not use SleepSway as a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site, including calculations, pages, or sound playback, without promising that any feature will remain available. Internet connections, devices, browsers, and external hosts can affect availability and playback.

Site content and permitted use

SleepSway’s text, design, logos, and original site materials are provided for personal, lawful use. Do not copy, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the site or its audio resources in a way that infringes rights or disrupts the service, unless applicable law permits it.

External links and services

SleepSway may link to external educational sources or request audio from an external host. Those services are outside SleepSway’s control and may have separate terms, content, availability, and privacy practices.

No warranty and reasonable limitations

The site is provided as available for general informational use. We do not promise that calculations are accurate for every person, that content is complete or current, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by applicable law, SleepSway is not responsible for decisions you make from the site’s information or for losses arising from unavailable features, external services, or reliance on an estimate.
