SleepSway is designed to keep the information you enter into its core sleep tools on your device. SleepSway does not require an account and does not send your sleep calculator inputs or calculated sleep times to SleepSway servers.
SleepSway uses Google Mobile Ads to display advertising. Google and its advertising partners may process certain device, usage, advertising, and related information as described below.
Information stored on your device
SleepSway stores certain preferences locally on your device so the app can remember how you prefer to use it. These may include:
- Your selected language.
- Your preferred 12-hour or 24-hour time format.
- Your haptic feedback preference.
- Other basic app settings required to preserve your preferences.
These settings are stored locally on your device and are not used by SleepSway to create a user profile.
Sleep calculator
Sleep calculator inputs and calculated sleep or wake-up times are processed locally on your device. SleepSway does not send this information to a SleepSway server.
SleepSway’s calculator provides general planning estimates based on sleep cycles and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Sleep sounds
SleepSway includes built-in sleep sounds such as noise and nature sounds. These audio files are included with the app and can continue playing in the background or while your device is locked.
SleepSway does not record audio from your microphone.
Alarm feature
On Android, when you choose to create an alarm from a calculated wake-up time, SleepSway passes the selected time and a SleepSway label to your device’s compatible Clock or alarm app.
SleepSway does not maintain its own remote alarm service.
Advertising
SleepSway uses Google Mobile Ads to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process information associated with your device and your interaction with advertisements.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and the advertising partners involved, this information may include:
- IP address and general location inferred from your IP address.
- Device identifiers and advertising identifiers.
- Information about interactions with the app and advertisements.
- Advertising and measurement information.
- Diagnostic and performance information.
- Where applicable and with any required consent, location-related information used by participating advertising partners.
SleepSway itself does not request access to your device’s location for its sleep calculator, sleep sounds, or other core app features.
Advertising information may be used for purposes such as providing ads, measuring advertising performance, preventing fraud and abuse, conducting audience measurement, and personalizing advertising where permitted.
Consent and privacy choices
SleepSway uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent where required by applicable privacy laws.
In regions where consent is required, you may be shown a Google-managed privacy message that allows you to provide consent, manage your options, or make other available privacy choices.
Where required, you can review or change these choices later from Settings → Privacy choices inside the SleepSway app.
In-App Purchases and Ad Removal
Where available, SleepSway offers an optional, one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements. On iOS, purchases and payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.
SleepSway does not directly collect or store your payment card details.
SleepSway uses RevenueCat to manage purchase verification, entitlement status, and restoration of purchases.
To provide these features, RevenueCat may process information including:
- Purchase history, product identifiers, and transaction information.
- Purchase receipts and entitlement status.
- An anonymous app user identifier used to associate purchases with an app installation.
- Limited device and application information necessary to operate the purchase service.
This information is used to verify purchases, enable ad removal, restore purchases, prevent purchase-related fraud, and support purchase management and related analytics.
SleepSway does not require you to create an account to purchase or restore the Remove Ads feature.
Purchase records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their respective privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.

Third-party services
SleepSway uses third-party services for advertising and, where available, in-app purchase management.
Google Mobile Ads: Google and participating advertising partners process advertising-related information under their own privacy practices and retention policies.

RevenueCat: SleepSway uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases, verify entitlements, and restore purchases. RevenueCat processes purchase-related information according to its privacy policy:

Data retention and deletion
Information stored locally by SleepSway, such as your app preferences, can be removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.
SleepSway does not currently provide user accounts or maintain a remote database containing your sleep calculator history.
Information processed by Google Mobile Ads or advertising partners is subject to those providers’ own retention and deletion practices.
Uninstalling SleepSway does not automatically delete purchase records maintained by app stores or RevenueCat. These records are subject to the respective providers’ retention and deletion policies.
Children’s privacy
SleepSway is a general-audience sleep planning application and is not specifically directed to children. Advertising and consent requirements may vary depending on applicable law and the user’s region.
Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when SleepSway’s features, advertising services, privacy practices, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
